Amy Winehouse is dead at 27


Sad news out of London today, as singer Amy Winehouse has been found dead at age 27 in her home, various media outlets report.The BBC reports that a Metropolitan Police spokesman confirmed that a woman of 27 had passed in Camden. The cause of death is not yet established.

    After reading it on someone elses blog I did check the news, just to confirm it for my brother, then we saw something else that caught our interest and that was that. Still, at least something other than Rupert Murdoch is going to be in the news.

    I heard this all over facebook, and I wonder if anyone noticed she was here when she wasn't making headlines? Seems to me that we only pay attention when their is a headline attached...like rehab, divorce, or death...its a shame

    Sucks to see that she could've gotten better, just never did. She could've had a great career in the music business because of how different her sound was compared to others in the music industry today.

    My mom used to love a song she made entitled Fool's Gold. It wasn't a terrible song, but seriously how many celebrities are going to die from drugs? Didn't their moms and dads tell them that drugs are for losers?
