DigiTimes have claimed that Pegatron Technology has received orders for 15 million iPhone 5 devices from Apple and is set to start shipping in September 2011.
"The sources pointed out that as the iPhone 5, which does not seem to have any major update from iPhone 4, is already set for shipment in September, they are already started supplying components to Pegatron with Pegatron's plants in Shanghai, China also recently started hiring for manpower."
There is also rumours of the iPhone 6 being released early 2012. Would you get the iPhone 5 or wait for 6?
It sounds awesome, but I guess I'll save for the 6 one
ReplyDeleteawesome, cant wait for more.
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing with us bro!
i always get excited when apple does new products
ReplyDeletethey move the industry forward!
I'd probably wait for the 6; there are always updates and the gap from 5 to 6 will probably be less than the gap from 6 to 7.
ReplyDeleteOh apple, will your greed ever cease?
ReplyDeleteAlways exciting news, every apple release is quite an event. +1 follower
ReplyDeleteOh man, I hardly even settled down with my 4 yet! alphabetalife.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteapple always rehash their stuff for the apple fanbase, cause they buy it every time! sure it may be like 1.53x faster than the iphone 4, but with no other noticeable changes I think ill stick with my android for now :)
ReplyDeleteI'm not gonna get either one. Apple can suck it.
ReplyDeleteI would rather get the Samsung Infuse..
ReplyDelete6 already? stuff that, just get an android.
ReplyDeletei cant believe another one!
ReplyDeleteEh, I think iphones are over-rated. Phones are for calling people. If I want something with a million gadgets I have no problem carrying a laptop around.
ReplyDelete15million is crazy.
ReplyDeleteI'd rather get an android based phone.
ReplyDeleteThe ONLY reason i'm going to snag an iphone is because i like the music features. I think im going to pick up the new iphone asap!
ReplyDeleteI don't have an iPhone at all lol. I do have an iPod shuffle 2nd generation, and almost bought a touch because it was cheaper than a new laptop, but then settled on a new laptop. I don't see why they need to keep bringing new ones out...other then to profit whore of course.
ReplyDeleteEarly 2012? Sounds like January to me! Jesus apple baffles me sometimes.
